- Free express international shipping on all orders over $750

Returns Policy
Foster & Son has a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please log into your account on our website (https://account.foster.co.uk) and follow the return process in the account section. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalised products such as personalised briefcases or despatch boxes
- Socks
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have and order the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Discretionary Restocking Fee
We strive to avoid charging restocking fees for returns. However, in some cases, we may apply a small fee to cover return shipping and handling costs. If necessary, this will be capped at £12.50 for UK returns, $80 for US returns, or €50 for Eurozone returns, and we will inform you before processing the return.
