Made To Order

Made-to-order means that the item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Unlike ready-made products, made-to-order items are customised to your preferences, whether it’s the design, materials, or personal details.

At Foster & Son, this includes custom-made products like briefcases, despatch boxes, and belts that are tailored to your specifications. This process ensures each piece is unique and made with the utmost care, though it does require additional time for production, typically around 8 to 10 weeks.

Please note made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are therefore ineligible for a refund.
