For our made-to-order items, including personalised briefcases, despatch boxes, and belts, please note that each piece is carefully handcrafted to your specifications. As a result, there is a lead time of 8-10 weeks for these bespoke items.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We take great care to ensure that each item meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, so please make sure all custom details are correct when placing your order.
