How long do I have before returning items bought on foster.co.uk?
Unused items may be returned to 83 Jermyn Street London SW1Y 6JD for an exchange, refund, credit note or gift voucher within 28 days of receipt. Simply contact us with your details, what item you would like to return and why and whether you would like an exchange for replacement items, gift voucher/gift card or refund. Our Web Sales Team is available Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 GMT (3:30am – 1pm EST) and can be contacted on +44 (0) 207 930 5385 or via email on email@example.com. We will process your request and give you a Returns Authorization Number using a registered postal service.
If we offer an exchange, if the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more then an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for dispatch of exchanged goods.
Who pays the cost of returning items bought on foster.co.uk?
Returning items either for a refund or exchange will be at your own cost.
Returns brought to Jermyn Street (excluding Discounts):
Returns of unused footwear, luggage or accessories in original condition with an original receipt within 28 days of purchase may be returned for a refund, exchange, Credit Note or Gift Voucher.
A refund will be sent by mail within 28 days of the return date for items purchased by cheque. Please note that if you have originally paid by card and would like a refund, you will need to bring with you the card used to make the original purchase.
Returns without receipt or after 28 days: Unused footwear, luggage or accessories in original condition may be returned for a Credit Note or Gift Voucher only.
All Returns must be authorized by a member of store management.
Sale merchandise: Most sale items are covered by our returns policy except that any refund will be at the sale price only. Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase. However returns will not be accepted of items marked “Final Sale”. Because some sale items may no longer be in stock, Foster & Son may not be able to provide an identical replacement. Where no replacement is available, a Credit Note or Gift Voucher will be issued.

If you do not wish us to store your data, then once your purchase has been completed to your satisfaction you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting us to erase your personally identifiable information from our customer database.
