B)Customs and Taxes:
Do I have to pay taxes and or import duties?
If your residence / delivery address is within the European Union you will not be charged any customs duty, because VAT is normally paid where applicable on the goods you purchase.
US sales tax:
For orders delivered in the US, prices are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax might apply depending on the state you ask us to ship to.
Orders placed outside the UK, US and EU:
For orders placed outside the UK and EU, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.
Do the prices displayed on foster.co.uk website include tax?
Goods are shipped to the USA net of UK VAT, however local taxes might apply depending on state you are shipping to.
UK and EU countries:
For goods shipped to UK and EU, prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT. Bespoke services are shown on the site exclisive of VAT.
Rest of the World
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU and UK, prices charged will be exclusive of VAT.
Do you accept returns of all Foster & Son purchases?
No. If footwear has been worn outside the house, or if any purchase is scuffed, creased, stained or damaged in any other way then we reserve the right either to reject returns or to credit a lower proportion of the purchase amount.
How do I return or exchange goods bought on the WSFoster.com website and telephone purchases?
Unused items may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Simply contact us with your details, what item you would like to return and why and whether you would like an exchange for replacement items, gift voucher/gift card or refund.

We will process your request and give you a Returns Authorization Number. We recommend using a registered postal service and take no responsibility for items that are lost in transit. You can usually find the process on how to return items on the back of the carrier’s dispatch note.
Please note that returning items will be at your own cost. Where we offer an exchange, if the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more, an additional payment will be required. We will not charge second postage and packing costs for dispatch of exchanged goods.
