Postage and customs:
Please be aware that if you send us items for repair or replacement there is a chance of their being delayed in customs and possibly charged unnecessary customs duty.
We suggest that if you send goods for repair or replacement you mark the waybill or other customs documents " Goods returned to the UK for repair and return within 6 months under the IPR regime".
This should allow us to recieve them without delay in customs.
In the case of goods shipped to you outside the E.U. we will ship free of UK VAT, but please be aware that you will be responsible for any local import duties or other taxes that may be levied.
